Our shipping methods are efficient, and we ensure careful packaging to maintain the freshness of your orders. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to offer the most competitive rates. We use Posti finland for local delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

For any undamaged product, return it with the original packaging and the same condition as you received it with the original receipt in original packaging within 3 days of receiving them. We'll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
We will offer a full refund for any damaged, incorrect or faulty items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We accept returns on these damaged, incorrect or faulty items within 3 days of receiving the items. Therefore, you should contact us within 24 hours at rangoonmarket.fi@gmail.com to arrange your return or exchange. 
*Rangoon Marketplace reserves the right to re-supply the same products or issue a credit or store credit for authorized refunds. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept the return of any perishable goods.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be return to your credit card or original payment method within a 3 - 5 business days. Kindly note that if you request can base on your payment method:

  • Refunded payments fees: For refunded payments, standard Wix Payments processing fees apply. For example, if store issue a €100 refund to our customer, the original processing fee of €1.90 (1.9%) + €0.30 for that customer's purchase will not be paid back to your Wix Payments account. No additional refund fees will be charged.

  • Alternatively, we prefer to offer a Rangoon marketplace's gift card which you can purchase our product with no expire date.

The refund amount will be the total amount less the shipping fees during the initial shipping.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your customer's credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please wait for 14 business days and recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded. And customer wants to exchange base on their decision, customer is liable to pay all the delivery and return fees and insurance if needed.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they have a defective, an expired or severely damaged product and If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rangoonmarket.fi@gmail.com or chat us at our website within 24 hours of receiving the items. Store will be provided with e-gift or coupon or same product to repurchase depending on the conditions of the product that customer receive. 

 

SHIPPING COST
-To return or exchange your product, you should ship your product to: Limasenkaari 1 A 1b, Pohois Savo, Kuopio, 702820, Finland
-You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs on your own for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
-If you receive a refund, the cost of return or exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
-If you are shipping an item over Euro 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We wont be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item surely.
